Don’t open social media while working
I know social media sites are a great way to engaging with others. But don’t fall in social media trap and waste your time.
“Make technology work for you, not against you!”
If you spend most of your time only on social media, you are simply killing your precious time. Instead, spend the same time on creating content, videos etc.
Use website blockers, there are many free tools available to block the sites for a limited period of time, block the sites when you are working.

- Try to hang out with your friends or family for a week (don’t carry pc or laptop with you!)
- Spend time in reading offline books
- Try to make a new habit (workout, guitar playing, chess etc.)
- Meet friends offline
Slowly, you will understand how awesome it would be if you don’t fall under the “Internet trap”, the more you realize this, the more happier you will be and the more things you can do in less time. I promise!
